New SAT Scores Are Now Available!College Board Communications
On May 9, scores from the March SAT® administration were provided to educators in a data file on the new integrated score portal. Students will receive their scores on May 10. Educators will receive the full online score reports on June 14.
Educators can learn more about accessing scores online and during our upcoming webinar, How to Access Scores for the SAT Suite of Assessments, on May 19, at 1 p.m. ET.
Higher education institutions will continue to use SAT scores as they have in the past — as one factor in their admission decision-making process.
To help educators guide students in understanding scores from the new SAT, the College Board has created some new resources:
- A short video that explains what students will find on their score reports.
- Detailed information about benchmarks (including a guide for educators), percentiles, and subscores.
Concordance tables and tools are also now available to help students, counselors, and colleges understand and use scores from the new SAT®.
- The SAT Score Converter will allow students and counselors to easily compare scores from the old SAT and the new SAT. The converter is available for iPhone and Android phones, and on the web.
- You can also now access the complete concordance tables for the new SAT at sat.org/highered.
Tables will be available to concord scores in both directions — from the new SAT to the old SAT and vice-versa — in Excel and PDF formats.
Coming soon: A spreadsheet-based tool will be provided for colleges where there is no automated solution for concording a large number of scores quickly.
