Register now for the College Board's Higher Ed Colloquium, which will be held January 20–22, in La Jolla, California. Connect with college presidents and other senior professionals in enrollment, admission, financial aid, and academia to tackle critical issues and spark new ideas on the theme of “Higher Ed: Delivering the Promise Under Pressure.”
The Colloquium will open with a keynote by Nancy Zimpher, senior fellow at the Rockefeller Institute of Government and chancellor emeritus at the State University of New York. Zimpher will set the stage for wide-ranging discussions with the following college and university presidents:
- F. King Alexander, President, Louisiana State University
- Joanne Berger-Sweeney, President and Professor of Neuroscience, Trinity College
- Fayneese Miller, President, Hamline University
- Mary Papazian, President, San Jose State University
- William Serrata, President, El Paso Community College
In addition, James Kvaal, executive director of The College Movement, former deputy director of the White House Domestic Policy Council, and former deputy under the secretary of education, will lead a conversation about the intersection of social mobility and affordability and the partnerships required to deliver on those promises.
These leaders will join an array of experts from the American Institutes for Research, NASPA Student Affairs Administrators in Higher Education, and Third Way, as well as national authorities in education finance and admission research.
