Administering Exams

School SSD Coordinators are responsible for ensuring that the correct accommodations are in place every time students with approved accommodations take a College Board exam.

College Board Approval Required

Use of accommodations without College Board approval results in cancellation of test scores. Learn how to submit a request >

SSD Coordinators should:

  • Learn the policies for each assessment.
  • Work with test coordinators and AP Coordinators to prepare for exam administrations and order materials.
  • Use SSD Online to create rosters and generate Nonstandard Administration Reports (NARs).
  • Administer school-based SATs to students testing with certain accommodations.
